Mail Tampering?
Last week I mailed my electric bill, but forgot to put a stamp on the envolope. This chronological weekend it was returned to me, check be still inside but the envelope had be opened and a sticker that said "Mail Again near Postage" was placed on it.It doesn't give the impression of being logical to me that the post office would widen an envelope just because it doesn't hold postage.
Is this something I should pursue with imperative enforcement or am I overreacting? I'm concerned that somebody had access to my wall account/routing #, etc.
Answers: If the USPS gets something resembling this in the post without a return address, consequently they are authorized to open the communication in demand to find out who it should be returned to.

Seriously, if you really safekeeping, go to the post organization and ask what happened.
I am inclined to have an idea that that you did not put a return address on the outside, so they had to unfold it to get the return address. If specifically not the case, I would bring it to your local US Postal Service and ask them. There was no grounds to open it and some postal worker should be re-educated.

Here's what I found out - I tried to sue something like a year ago for the same entity... we had newly bought a new house and it desperately needed landscape so I found some yard sale advertised within the paper and we go looking. Notices be sent to an address that I haven't lived at since 1996.

Answers: Debts do not expire. You can't avoid a debt by simply waiting it out -- though some places may just write the debt rotten.

The two examples you down are just the fruitless cop/worse cop sides of Big Brother. Either will allow the government to massacre you just as inert for no reason as the other.
There are masses Acts, Laws, etc. which directly restrict personal freedom in the USA today. Of the two nominated, for our family today, the Nanny State is the biggest annoyance--restricting our personal freedom and the choices we put together in everyday vivacity. The Patriot Act, if unchanged however, is the largest threat to personal freedom that we will facade in the adjectives.
Freedom always comes next to (and because of) personal responsibility and *action*. The Nanny State is built on the assumption that citizens don't have the expertise to make cultured decisions and do what is right. For most of us, this is a fallacy—and is the contrasting of democracy. Furthermore, if we do not obey the law made to “protect us”—since we supposedly don’t know better—if caught, we must pay penalty for exercising our free choice. This is ridiculous!
The Patriot Act was the result of unconsidered lawmaking in a moment of tragedy and jingoistic fervor (which understandably followed the events of 9/11). It is indubitably one of the gravest threats to all of our adjectives freedoms.
When we look at anything it helps to consider how it could affect us surrounded by the future. Many things that travel sour start out sounding like they are "polite intentioned" like the Patriot Act did. However, when you put those same things within another setting, they are very different. For example, put the Patriot Act contained by Hitler’s hands... Who would his "terrorists" be? Answers: First, nearby is a difference between nations and states. I suspect you be going to state and not nation. States are a subsets of nations. That is to enunciate, every state is a nation but not every nation is a state. For example, Canada is a state and a nation. So is the US. However, you can have American Indian tribes which are nation but they are not states.
NON-STATE NATIONS
With this in mind, you can't hold an illegal non-state nation. This is simply because the certainty that a non-state nation is a "nation" is because of particular traits that it inherently possess.
