Okay with me. Go to the network page, enter your account number and password, get hold of the last bill up and print it out.

I'm 16, a complete idiot, and I got myself into some legalized trouble. PLEASE read to help me out!?

Okay, first of adjectives...I am mature adequate to admit that I screwed up. PLEASE do NOT address me about what happen, I am being honest adequate to admit this to you adjectives - and I already feel punished adequate.

Alright, this is what happened. I have a bank details at Washington Mutual. I payed to own a website online. I didn't know this when i was signing up, the site that I purchased the website from would automatically charge me for another month unless I cancelled my description. I ended up next to lots of overdraft fees. I was fifthteen at the time and EXTREMELY dumb. I never remunerated the bank and my explanation ended up closing! Now, I am 16, and I hold a bad inkling that the bank is going to sue me for the money I owe them.

I am without blemish fine with paying them for what I owe, even though it happen a YEAR ago. I mean, I SHOULD be held responsible for my stupidity. I enjoy the cash to pay cheque them back. I only don't know what do. If they already filed a suit on me, is it possible I can freshly pay them & not
Answers: First of adjectives I have to say aloud I really admire you for the means of access you take 'ownership' of this problem. We ALL be paid mistakes and we learn by facing up to them. Bravo!

Now if it's not thousands of dollars we're discussion about here, merely forget it. It would cost them more to take you to court than it's worth. And that's -beside- you self a minor and YOU ARE NOT EVEN LEGALLY ALLOWED TO SIGN A CONTRACT! _They_ should have certain that before making the contract. The contract is null and invalid! THEY are the ones who screwed up here. And anyway it's almost impossible to sue a 16-year-old, even for a million dollars.

If someone calls you from a collection agency, you might try to craft a deal next to them to pay them a small amount, I indicate like $10/month, over a long time of year of time. I wouldn't even do that, but if your conscience bothers you it's the least you can do. Then you enjoy the legal defense that you at most minuscule tried to settle with them.

But remember, collection agencies are exceptionally sleazy. They are not allowed to threaten you or browbeat you, and if it sounds close to they're trying to do that, tell them to forget it. If you let somebody know them 'Please don't call me at home' they are not even allowed to phone you again! If you don't pay them contained by five years, they have to drop the issue entirely, it can't even appear on your credit record.
Call them, and tell to someone. See if you can cut a deal. Most bank would rather enjoy your money up-front, rather than settle up someone to collect it from you.

Also, get adjectives bills, and account information printed, and be sure to keep adjectives that paper for various years.

But start now! The longer you dawdle, the worse it will get.
Wow, I'm shocked that they'd even permit you get contained by debt and give you an overdraft, anyone a minor.. they should be ashamed of themselves.. that's so wrong. ..it's their own fault, the shouldnt expect anything to be honest.. I indicate you're obviously mature enough to realise you're wrong, but exceedingly naive at your ages, which is solely normal...

If you've not hear anything, leave it..I knwo a bit dishonest but they should never ever enjoy let you hold an account which allows you to hold an overdraft, however, make sure you hold all ridge statement, any relevant details ,and to avoid any further fustration talk to a parent or conceivably someone at your school so they could push for you, as banks really dont caution unless they have your money.

appropriate luck
go to the ridge and ask them what to do. it is not the end of the world.

Help! I had to turn within my certificate for traffic academy to court today and I forgot!?

I got a ticket awhile stern for speeding and went to court (b/c the cop told me too within order to shrink my fine) and the judge said I have to do traffic court class to reduce the fine. I did and finally passed and be supposed to have turned the card in by today at 1:30pm and completely forgot. I thought it be due by tomorrow and since I passed the course on Halloween, I wanted to turn it within personally and not communication it and risk it not getting there. I'm really upset beside myself. What will happen to me? Will I own to pay the artistic fine? Pay more? :(
Answers: Show up tomorrow when they open. Normally they can be nonjudgmental about it if you are sweet, apologetic, and respectful. Just apologize out the whazoo and you shoud be OK. Just be there FIRST THING!!
Call the criminal Clek of Court's department or D.A.'s office first point tomorrow a.m. and tell them that you took and passed the course as okay as have the licence. Depending on you jurisdiction, they may just tolerate you bring it in postponed. I am a little worried that you "finally passed'. How masses times did you take it? Anyhow, your possible sentence depends on the pass judgment and the jurisdiction.

If an Airline places a clause on their tickets that states they are not liable for any injury to, or the death of, any passenger cause by its, or its employees' negligence, and the plane crashes due to the pilot's negligence can the Airline avoid liability?

Which is more interesting to you and easier to defend??

a) Book veto in public school is a violation of the First Amendment
OR
b) Capital punishment is a deterrent to crime

first give me a few reason why you think so and a few facts and exciting reasons why you uphold this.
Answers: The first is easier to defend. The quiz that is habitually raised roughly it is whether the first amendment applies in school. The second is just not true.

The departure penalty doesn't prevent others from committing murder. No reputable study shows the destruction penalty to be a deterrent. To be a deterrent a punishment must be sure and swift. The loss penalty is neither. Homicide rates are better in states and regions that hold it than in states that don’t.
Capital punishment is a deterrent to crime. I don't know why I should enjoy to give wild reasons, they don't thing. But facts are:

1) People who take lives, should not enjoy the privilege of keeping theirs.
2) If people know that funds punishment will actually be upheld, to some extent than other mild sentences, they will be a lot smaller amount likely to commit a crime.
3) The Bible clearly dictates the use of assets punishment.
4) It would make the country greatly safer.
I would not defend the "book outlawing in public school is aFirst Amendment Violation" ... there are unmistaken subjects that are simply not appropriate for minors. It's the same drive we put ratings on films. It's not really a freedom of speech issue.

The "Capital punishment as a deterrent" issue is easier to defend (although still a tough issue).
1) The noticeable argument is that someone put to death won't be committing any more crimes.
2) Also, heaps professional criminals currently take caution not to commit a capital crime while contained by the commission of another crime (i.e. some bank robbers won't even bring a gun because, within part, they know it's the destruction penalty if they exterminate someone even accidentally in the commission of the robbery).
3) Finally, some Mexican citizens who enjoy committed capital crimes surrounded by the US will flee to Mexico because they know that even if they get caught surrounded by Mexico, they will stay in a Mexican detention centre and not be extradited. This suggests that they are more willing to spend their enthusiasm in a Mexican lock away than to be put to death contained by the US - thus proving that they consider death to be a greater deterrent than vivacity in prison.

Hope that help a little.
If you look at adjectives the evidence it's impossible to prove that capital punishment is a deterrent to crime. You can single make that satchel only by quoting simply the facts and statistics that support that case. If you're within a debate, rest assured that a good debater on the other side will own more, and more convincing, evidence. (I was a debater surrounded by college and, believe it or not, we debated this subject!) All the suitable arguments for capital punishment are uncontrolled, not factual. The demise penalty is a 'get the impression good' issue in the US--and isn't it appalling what kind of things make us discern good now? 8^P

Now, for book banning. I consider it depends on the book. The first amendment doesn't mean a book can't be disqualified for obscenity, hate speech, advocate the forcible overthrow of the US govt., and a few more things. Also, kids in college are not considered to have adjectives the rights that adults have. The arts school is considered to be 'in loco parentis', i.e. 'surrounded by the place of a parent', watching out for kids because they're not considered to be smart enough, season enough, experienced plenty to watch out for themselves.

Outside of that, yes, prohibition a book -is- a violation of the First Amendment. And -most- times books are expelled from school libraries it's for political purposes, hence non-constitutional.
