List of countries banned from business next to USA?
I am attempting to put together a legal document for a website of mine and I can't find this answer.What I am looking for is a index of countries in which US citizens cannot do business next to, and I want the information from an authority website (like a .gov) if at all possible, but any information at this point is welcome.
I am just trying to cover my basis & be sure that I'm not doing business with countries that I shouldn't be. especially since I don't trust the direction of this country & doing one transaction with an unauthorized country might wind up me up in some torture chamber beside President Bush himself pouring the water over my obverse.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You COULD ask for it to be reduced, though if he was paying a pittance, don't travel back to that.
But you're probably letting him guilt you.

Answers: The guy's get too much drama. You are talking more or less assisting him with ruin fraud, among other things.
Don't do it. You may end up losing adjectives of your money and having no parking space to show for it. Worse, you could be charged beside fraud.

Why or why not?Answers: They can do an inspection at any time. There are multiple reasons why OSHA may do an inspection... annual, arbitrary, secondary to complaints, increased injury reports, etc. You are responsible to hold your location up to OSHA standards at all times. It's to some extent ridiculous to have a set time and light of day when an inspection can occur as after you can prepare for the inspection and then be lax the rest of the time.

In California, they do not tax candy, but do charge toothbrushes, dental floss, and toothpaste. I do not think that candy is obligatory, and I do think that toothbrushes, dental floss, and toothpaste are requisite. I also think that they would buy more tax revenue if they tax candy and did not tax toothbrushes, dental floss, and toothpaste, and that dental vigour would be better, because it would be easier to afford to brush and floss, and harder to afford to eat candy.

Someone MIGHT be looking at 5 - 10 screens at a time, but at $7.50 an hour, don't hold your breath. If they are reviewed on a daily basis or weekly, what possible good are they when needed ?

the privacy advocates issue is that it have the potential to be abused,
to live with a false sense of financial guarantee, that the security cameras provide.

Considering the physical un-healthfulness of the American majority...many gratitude to our FDA/AMA wonders, and the general public ignorance of how to attention for themselves...this is what we have come to.
I, instinctively, and truly, believe that if the above were not true, and We the People took a stronger & more amalgamated stand, with mindful intent, to carefulness for our own neighborhoods & country, that the need to forfeit our freedoms would not exist...we would other be at the ready to retain & gain from respectively & every one of them.
If our governing systems, and the leaders of them, were those of tradition, ethics, and aimed at our unproved ideals, I certainly would not mind such invasiveness because I could trust that it would be contained by the best interests of our Whole...but this is hardly the covering. This "security" system is not about over-filling our jail with "bleak guys", since many of those cameras work in good time intervals, many of the tape are re-used over & over again, or they are not maintained to work okay at all. Unless a clear facade shot or vehicle license is taken, they are useless...and don't you think those really doomed to failure boys have figure this out when the first camera was installed??? This is another defraction of public awareness...another expenditure that is to say placed upon the consumer, another excuse for the public not to get their own butts surrounded by gear.
We have to stir back to our ideals and re-create...cure the source of the dis-ease, not play near the symptoms. This would take revamping our economics so that a solid parent is on the homefront...one more involved in our communities to bring down serious abusers of our women & children...it would take exit the Pandora's box of our governing systems so that our foods & natural resources are cleaned up & healthful again, our energy protector's (police & firefolks) are paid what they are worth to us, judicial loopholes scratched from the books--back to the productive Constitution of ideals & more immediate punishments for those who choose to close the eyes to our laws--no more courtroom lawyer games...it would steal revamping our education processes to include greater stealth of body, mind, & spirit, as in good health as a basic training program to provide & strengthen protective capabilities...these are the process to a Whole nation, a free country...that which we are supposed to be exampling to this world of ours.
Vote more wisely this coming year, my Dears...turn with the Changes and not against them (for a evolution!) Im having trouble near a collegue at work and ended up contained by hospital one night next to a panic attack.?
im currently on the sick thru this from my doctor. This is happen thru nearly a year of problems with this guy. Ive be to my manager and he say he'll sort the problem out but leaves it nearly 2 months before doing nought and then say its ready to be put to bed??? Other ancestors have be at the end of his rough up and the same superintendent gives equal answer to them. HR are looking into this but are more determined to get me rear legs to work asap before solving the problem, by putting me on another shift so they dont hold to move the guy in examine as they dont want to upset him. I find this unfair that I am individual moved as I am the person who terminated up in hospital and I haven't done anything wrong. Please abet me with this one as I cant see a logical cause why HR have moved me instead of moving him.Answers: hope legal push for it seems administration and human resource have inferior to address this issue.
Yes they are being undue. That being said this being right or wrong out ranks you so for the moment suck it in and be glad they didn't fire you, this vehicle they believe you and are working on it.. If this person have been employed long satisfactory to have be promoted past his capability he will be hard for them to fire, it take a trmemdous amount of documentation to fire some one who used to be a good member of staff.. They need to compile gob more paper work documenting his untrue behavior than the do on a new member of staff who hasn't et been promoted. He will eventually take his comeuppence.
In the mean time you can check next to the employment department of your state and see what other options you hold, If you just rewarded for a Doc you probably can't afford an atty. If you are lucky some one on answers will be a lawyer and own other info to help you.
Unfortunately this happen more than is ever documented because people do tend to basically quit and not fight. If you can manipulate it the satisfaction will eventually come but don't e afraid to put out your resume' to other places. a individual some times can only take just so much,

You mention abuse - voiced...physical..? If he is verbally abuse the staff you would be entitled to threaten legal exploit (that applies to physical also!)
