phone up your insurance company and fax them the estimates. they may want to send an adjuster to look at your sports car before you bring it fixed. depending on the amount of damage, it may be 'totaled' -- not worth fixing, according to them.

you can move about to the police station for a copy of the report. go to the precinct of the officer who wrote the report, and ask the individual at the desk for a copy. then distribute that to the insurance company, along with the estimates, and catch the name and number of someone who is handling your claim, so you know who to contact.

also, if you have an idea that you might be injured, go to the hospital to check it out, only in casing.

In Oklahoma, Can the district court have a trial of co -defenants at impossible to tell apart time?

I am set for jury trial on a case that have a co-defendant charged with same charges surrounded by same case. We both are set for jury trial within front of same judge, same time, same jury. Is this endorsed? It states on the docket that cases have be consolidated for trial purposes.

Statir is partially wrong too. Registry law are "cruel and unusual" on the basis of their unusualness. There are not criminal registries for other types of crimes. Cruel is unlikely, but unusual is not. That is sufficient. It is no different then mark them with a Scarlet Letter.
