After completing felony probation, a judge granted me a "withheld" judgement. What does that suggest???

My sentence be 5-15 years... Answers: my 18 yr ripened brother was contained by court for the same . it be his first crime ever! thank God he only get time served ( 4 days) court fees and nothing else, because inside the time he had between going to bring his sentence he got his **** straight, so the deem cut him some slack.. he was looking at minuium 5 yrs contained by prison to 25 yrs max according to MI laws. if u live within ND. there is a program they own for minors , in minot..i regard as it might be in the unbroken state. that aftter found guilty, if its his first crome, they have what they phone up a teen jury. ppl from the schools ( faultless programs that kids r in, such as statute classes get to do this) will hear what the crime is converse to the defendant and then prefer what his sentence is, if he or she follows everything with out making a mistake they will enjoy the incident erased from their record. BUT you cna lone have this done idf it is ur first crime ever and ur r a minor. its a program that within minot, ND they started ( a judge) and i use to be on that jury years a go.. the program worked wonders! so upright luck!

He'll prob carry off delicately cos hes a minor, I used to get within all sorts of trouble when I be younger & courts are softer until you reach 18.
Burglary is comparatively serious though.
My highschool sweetheart was within the exact same situation. He was innocent ( but arn't they adjectives?) We were competent to prove it because he was surrounded by school at the time and the attendance register supported that fact. Was your son anywhere at hand was a camera or something to verify his whereabouts at the time?

Well if your within the UK probably nothing will be done so don't sweat it! I have a teen threaten my 1 year old and they did zilch about that bar give them a oral warning woo scarey...NOT! The judicial system here is totally screwed up protect the guilty and permit the innocent live in mistrust!

Have you talk to your son about it? Often getting into this description of trouble is an attempt to get appreciation or admiration from his mate, and sometimes kids do this because they don't get it at home.
It sounds close to your son might be in next to the wrong group of friends. My brother pulled a pretty similar stunt when he was in the order of 15. I think this be the only passageway he could get Mum and Dad to spend any time next to him. They were righteous parents, but had too masses kids and simply couldn't give the time and affection we respectively needed. The same's true today of pretty much any single parent who has to work.

I currently work in a service that pays for eight hours/ shift .
we work surrounded by the hospital for 5 and have 3 hours flex time to be applied to after hours call. we are not payed for on call time. and we are not payed out for time which is not covered beneath flex. the employer claims that they should be able to verbs hours from the whole years flex to cover any over time. They also enjoy us working with out nouns some times for 36 hours constant calls.not past the worst. they have told us similar to it or leave... so this is a hostile situation. attempts to unionize own been vigourusly discouraged.

Any accepted wisdom on laws which would prove usefull?

A friend of mine, who's a remarkably private person, does not approaching sharing his photos with culture he doesn't know. Recently his company put-up staff photos on their Website, including his, without the employer asking him whether he object to this.
