I'm asking out of interest what population would do. I was trying on a duet of jeans in a shop, and someone who have obviously tamper with the shelter tag, vanished the dye part next to the needle sticking out within the pocket. As I pulled up the jeans, I felt this piercing along my thigh. The plunger scratched me, about 2 inches long, and be bleeding.( like a cat scratch). It be quite sore, I told the shop assistants, they give me an antiseptic wipe and plaster, and then I have to sign the accident report. Next daytime I received a letter from the Head Office, apologising etc. Should I do anything further? or lately leave it.Answers: Just set out it. They didn't mean for this to develop too and they've since apologised promptly.

But I wouldn't bother thinking roughly speaking court - the injury is not serious enough, the court will assume you are wasting their time, and is it worth it? It takes time and money to bring a court shield, and don't you think the company will hold a team of significantly paid lawyer that will poo all over ur claim?
Unless the injury have affected your gift to work and generally live ur energy as you had be doing, just forget it.
Hope your scratch/cut is invigorating! its all basically a licence to print they're own money isn't it..and that is precisely what the trial profession has be allowed to do for years. they grow fat on the public misery that they motive. the criminal has become a valued customer. the object a bloody nuisance. and they hold managed to brand for them selves the biggest and most power full industry in Britain...i enunciate industry because they have manage 'with their policy's' to produce their own product on a consistent bass is.

I definielty was not using it and asked the officer at the time to check my call accounts in my phone to prove it, they said they don't enjoy to as I could heve deleted the name record, they both saw me and specifically enough for them to charge me.I refuse to accept the fixed fine.and phoned the police station when I get to work to ask how I can prove I wasn't using it.I have call my provider to ask for an itemised bill ,but this won't show received calls.
Is near anything else I can do.if it's just my word against theirs what's to stop them doing this to other ethnic group if you have no bearing of proving you were not guilty
Answers: Even though your itemised bill does not show incoming call, the phone company will have a history of imcoming calls self connected.
It is up to the police to prove that you committed an offence, if they cannot prove it the skin against you must be dropped.

Stick to your guns! If you did nought wrong, let it be agreed that you were doing nil wrong. Take it to court, and argue your case. But i option you the best of luck because once those officers enjoy had time to discuss your situation and convince respectively other they saw you using the phone and driving it will be tough, but good luck and i hope that the even-handedness system works for you .

Okay, in good health my brother is 16, and was simply standing there and one of the elder man over 30 slapped my brother. His parents are making a big deal in the order of it, and said she wants to sue since it be at a corporation party. Could she sue him and the company or a short time ago press charges and he will go to intern? Or possibly all of it?Answers: She could not sue (well, she could try, but it is simple assault); she could own him arrested on the assault charges. what would happen is that he might own to pay a fine or appropriate anger management classes and publicly apologize to brother
if they get-together wasnt at the company then i doubt they are liable. Where did this man slap your brother? If on the butt after that could be sexual harassment. If your mom is going to run after anyone it will need to be the guy but i doubt she will win any money surrounded by a lawsuit... she might get a restraining directive or the guy might get charged near sexual harssment or something but they rarely if ever award money surrounded by cases like this.

If your mother take legal bustle you can expect to lose your job. I know that would be iffy but your company will create a reason to fire you if your mother sues them.
