I've worked next to the staff in 40 different jail and can tell you that the rules ebb and flow widely. It would be common contained by all jail that you'll be allowed the prescription medicine as long as the prescription is current. The staff will save it and give it to you as prescribed. If you run out while you're within jail, they may require that you see the "young offenders` institution doctor" to continue the drug or they may have it refill. The vitamins are probably not going to be allowed unless you have doctor's information for them. Many jails allow structure. I've even seen it allowed surrounded by prisons. It will increase your chances of getting to save it if you bring brand new, hermetically sealed packages with you. Anything which can darken contraband is going to be questioned. Also, they restrict products which contain alcohol, even solid deodorants. Any items you bring which aren't allowed will probably be placed next to your street clothes and returned to you when you're released. You're best bet is to call the lock up and ask what their specific policies are.

Stolen Checks?

I had closed my checkings information a year ago and recently get a call from the owner of a restaurant axiom that I had rewarded for a meal beside a check that had innsufficient funds. Automatically, I know that my old checkbook have been stolen. The personality that stole my check had written her number on the check and coincedently turned out to be a close friend. I go to the police b/c she still had my checks and be using them. ( what gets me is how she can use my checks surrounded by stores when my account have been closed for a year?) anyways they told me that she could not jump to jail because since my vindication was closed she didnt steal money from me, But that she does enjoy to pay the places she used the checks on. So did the police do the right point or should she have gone to young offenders` institution. Please reply asap

It depends upon the laws of the jurisdiction where on earth she passes the checks. It is some sort of theft/fraud/forgery. It is possibly a felony. However, since you be not harmed, the police will not do anything if you report it. It has to be reported by the population to whom she passses the checks.

Answers: most of the laws on paperwork that would fit that would be called blue book law their almost funny to read - these are out dated laws not a soul has bothered to remove from the directive books - laws approaching its illegal for a black man to look at a white women for more after 10secs or you cant park your horse for more then 15 mins - once again these are old-fashioned laws but still on files.

Is it really possible for a bank to arrest the person that have been stealing money from an description?

My mom reccently found out that somebody got a hold of her atm card and pin and have been taking money out. We meditate we know who it is, but were not sure. So be wondering what exactly doe the bank do? They said they will turn it over to the police. But can they really do anything? He took money from a few guard atms, so would they be able to return with the picture from the survaliance or whatever?

Well, it's good to know that the money is person returned. I think I know how you grain though. Being violated is tough enough but if it is someone we know it seem worse. As for catching the person, yes, it can and should evolve. Unfortunately, sometimes crooks get away. A lot depends on the evidence. There are ways to track things and as you mentioned, sometimes cameras can relief. I wish you and your mother profoundly of luck. It's good that she have someone like you to lean on.

There are a few classes that oppose:

Infringment of civil rights crowd. As everyday go by the link between states is getting tighter and tighter. So contained by effect we will have national ID. The senate can already find you if they want.. easy.
