So my mom believed the legal representative and pleaded guilty. Can she change her plea to not guilty produce she hasn't got sentencd however? And do you think the deem will grant her request? She should tell the court that she is not guilty and her advocate pressured her to plead guilty. That should work. They will give her a current attorney and she should not plead guilty.
A defendant can withdraw a guilty plea up until the point that the referee enters the verdict. This is usually prior to sentencing.
She needs to find out if the pronouncement has be entered. Once it have been the plea cannot be withdrawn.

Sometimes those court appointed lawyer aren't the best. The case I worked on the attorney told the client to plead self-defense to a murder where he walk up to a car within the dark and blasted some innocent mildly retarded dude for no plea. The "self-defense" he testified to be that he "thought the guy had leaned down to achieve for a gun." I'm serious! He actually admit the crime, described the entire incident, and said it was self-defense. But within had be no witnesses, no description, no murder weapon, nothing! The dude get 29 years.

In a city, yes, poverty can breed crime as it is a socio-economical problem. Yet within is evidence that inequality might be fueling the crimes (yet it is linked to poverty).
Then again, what almost a country like Cuba? The associates are poor but there is NO crime. In this casing you can't say poverty breeds crime. But near are plenty of examples to show the contrary.
