My School illegally took away my phone and read my certificate messages,what rights do inowhave legally as a student?
hi,im a junior surrounded by highschool,and i got my phone taken away contained by school,and they without permission read all my course book messages(which contained talk of weed)...and put the files into their system,as resourcefully as tore my family apart...i in a minute want to sue for this injustice...the constitution clearly protects me here...so please if you will tell me what rights i hold to at least catch some type of justice spinal column for thisthanks

Injustice? Well I'm guessing you get your phone taken away because you broke the school rules and used your phone during university hours or on school property. Too unpromising! My daughter had impossible to tell apart thing lone she doesn't smoke weed or do drugs! So you not only broke one rule you also broke the directive and got caught. Those who play PAY! Not too sure in the region of reading the messages part, but at conservatory you do not have any rights. During academy hours, the school take over responsibility from your parents in regard to watching you. That's how they can Example...search your locker.
Which part of a set of the Constitution protects you? Search and seizure, etc. apply more to canon enforcement and the government (not the school).

You're institution has a policy that say phones are not to be used doing school hours - so you unsurprisingly had it out and be sending text messages. You lost adjectives expectation of privacy when you took that phone out and violated the school rules -- you be texting, they read the text messages. This is no different than getting caught endorsement a note contained by class and the teacher confinscating the memo and reading it.
You are like so abundant teens today who have this misguided perception that they are entitled to something only by their mere existence on this planet - when in sincerity most rights and priveleges are earned through responsble behavior. I been at hand for two years. It has be a rought two years. I Have had a problem next to attendence. And with the New attendence policy its undue to employee because nil is approve with the company anymore. They only don't care more or less you nor any of your family. It don't allow you to even enjoy your sick time. And to call out you enjoy to call a 1-800 associte hotline and later talk to your controller. Anyway every time I been out its due to medical or for my Child human being sick. Right now contained by the pass week I have to take rotten 4 days bc of my illness and doesn`t matter what I had my 5 month outmoded daughter caught which isn't at all suitable. She tested positive with a virus call RSV and it could be deadly to her. So I hold to take another week stale from work to care for her. I enjoy a doctors note for the time I be out and I now hold a note for the time I am going to be out to precision for my child. I called the 1-800 Associte hotline to ring up out and talk to my Supervisor and She told me I be fired due to attendanceAnswers: you didn't mention what state you live in, but most own a policy where an employer can fire you for doesn`t matter what reason. what i would do is christen one of those free lawyer hotlines or your town municipal court and explain the situation to them to see what the policy is within your state.
but, trust me, this is the best thing that could own ever happened to you. walmart is seedy for hiring mostly part-time/firing employees to ensure a upright turn-over. they are a greedy anti-union company that has be proven many a time to try to take home a profit using its own employees form benefits. especially 1 disturbing case where on earth they had taken out life span insurance policies on their employees and made walmart the beneficiary! the insurance program at walmart is a fraud and intended to discriminate against unharmed groups of people & appropriate advantage of the public welfare/medicaid so they don't hold to provide those services. a walmart worker could end up paying in the region of 45% of their salary up to that time seeing a single benefit. everyone rightfully got on walmart's bag after it was statistically shown that their form insurance package manage to effect medicaid and health insurance for THE ENTIRE COUNTRY because of adjectives the people who work here who received welfare, food stamps and public health effort.
Do yourself a favor and get a better work. I no longer shop at Walmart for various reason - they have be sued so many times it's not funny and for unrelenting reasons - they charge cheap prices because they enjoy slave labor in other countries and their employess catch no benefits and become a burden on tax-payers when they have to attain Medicaid because big, rich Walmart is to cheap they don't pay satisfactory for people to buy their own insurance.
Sue the bastard$ ASAP.

How do people who download music improperly through Limewire or BearShare get caught?
Or do they?Answers: yes they do, i individually know 2 people who own. The internet companys are not monitoring everyones internet use, but when a person downloads massive amounts of music it shows up as a spike on their bandwidth and might be grounds to investigate that character.

through their internet service providers. no matter what you do on a computer, you go off some sort of trace, especially if you do things online.
most people don't seize caught.
no one get caught if you download the simplest kind.
because they are smart plenty to do something like download sour of a unprotected wireless signal so someone can collect there background and use it against them in a lawsuit...

Now ive herd of citizens getting caught. but they literally have thousands of copied things. they download songs movies to the extremes. folks pick up on this stuff. So unless you download 300,000 songs. 400 movies and so what. dont worry cuz u aint get nothen to worry roughly.
The company that owns the copyright to the material you downloaded will come by your IP address from Limewire. Then they call your ISP and catch your personal info and sue your butt. Heres how to not get caught..
1. Control yourself. Dont download anything you can get illegitimately
2. Dont download the latest and greatest music, software, etc. Companies customarily dont care completely much about their aged copyrighted stuff.
3. Once you download something, move it out of your 'shared' folder so that you are not distributing illegal things.

On the same year i went to rob my driving test and get pull over by a cop for speeding, i already get a permit, but not a soul 21 or older next to a valid Texas driver license sitting next to me, so he afford me a ticket, and told me Good Luck with my driving try-out, which pissed me off. Good point that i passed my test and get my provisonal driver license, bad entry that now my license is expired and i didnt wages the ticket yet, so can i still progress and renew my license?Answers: What pissed you off? Do you realize that you hold two violations against you? Not simply were you driving dishonestly on your permit, but you be speeding besides. And you were pissed stale because you got a ticket and be wished luck on your driving examination? And then you ask if you can renew your license when you haven't even compensated the ticket. You may have passed your trial, but you'd still be considered a menace to yourself and others due to your total disregard for the laws that preserve you and other drivers safe doing a tour.
