Hiring an attorney in a small town?

My mother lives in a small town but needs to hire an attorney to represent her to help explain her rights to the family irrevocable trust which is controlled by the main bank in the small town. She is concerned that attorneys will not want to go against the bank which may give them business. Any suggestions?

Conflicts of interest are a big problem in small towns. Have her make an appointment with an estate planning attorney in another town/city (but still in the same state). You can find one at the link below.

hire an attorney that does not live in that town.. but i think that an attorney once he takes a case has to do everything he can to benefit his client irregardless of how it might effect his business.
I agree with the first person who answered. I live in a small town, and I will never again hire an attorney in this town. They are all friends with each other, and with the business people in town, so you can't expect them to be objective. After all, in the long run they are just human. Go out of town to hire an attorney.
I think your mother is right. Even though local lawyers would probably not break their ethical rules about conflicts of interest, they may not be quite as diligent if they were concerned about upsetting an institution they might want business from in the future. It's better to be safe and look for an attorney elsewhere.
Absolutely no problem,

You just submit your issue in the following website and a lawyer will contact you within 24hrs. Don't worry about their charges, Its only $1/day. So you are getting what you want in just $1. I think this you can afford. Here is the link
