i would keep my cool, answer thier questions, and try not to piss them off.
Sorry to hear what your going threw. Sometimes authority goes to the head.
Do what they say, smile, then as soon as practical, make a writen report of the incident to their supervisor notifying them of a hostile work environment. Use your company policy book (if avail) and site the violations of conduct from within the manuel.
That's it, for now. If the problem corrects, it's a done deal, If not, your boss will probably start finding ways to fire you, so, be sure to start your own paper trail by writing a memo to the head supervisor EACH TIME the pissed boss plays games.
Your can file an EEOC claim for harrasment under certain circumstances, age, sex, disability discriminations ect and you can also file a claim for Retaliation if the boss plays games After to report the hostility; the hostility need not fit EEOC criteria; the idea is that your are free to report and your boss came after you for reporting what you Felt were violations of Federal law under EEOC.
In my experience, I must warn, EEOC people are not the sharpest knife in the drawer, so, goodluck.

I would say something like, "Excuse me.pause...I would be more than happy to help you with this. But first I would like to say that I don't appreciate how you are speaking to me. Could you rephrase what it is you would like to say? And then give them time to get over the shock. Sometimes its very interesting what comes out of them next! If they can't rise to the occasion, forgive them...they know not what they do.

would recomend you go further up the ladder and report them to someone higher up the chain.
