Is it considered arson if it was an accident? Also, why is it murder one way and assasination another way?
If someone in power is shot it's an assasinatio right? Or, maybe the peson doing the shooting was hired and/or not motivated by personal feelings and emotions. Also, is it grand theft auto if the car is junk or valued under a $1,000? If you do a B&E and take a trinket from a store is it considered robbery, because you first did the B&E? But, if it was the daytime when the store was open it would be considered shoplifting. Can just words towards a person be considered assault? What if the words were true and did not fall into a hate crime, but the person still proved injuries? Too many legal ?'s Is there a good site for junk like this?

Too many questions. Assasination is a form of first-degree murder, not a separate thing. Stealing a junk car can be a felony in some states. In my state, stealing more than $250 or any car, regardless of value, is a felony. That is not true in all states. B&E with the intent to steal anything, regardless of value, is generally burglary, not robbery. Robbery involves taking property by force. In some states, shoplifting can also be burglary upon proof that had the intent to steal upon entering the store. Words are not assault. I would recommend finding a basic criminal primer available at your law library, at the nearest law school and at some courthouses. For example: Criminal Law in a Nutshell can get you some very basic general rules, but there is variation in every state.
