It's a scam unfortunately. For legitimate sweepstakes you can enter by purchasing a sweepstakes newsletter like Sweeping America or Sweep Sheet (can do a search online for them) or you can even enter ones online at www.online-sweepstakes.com

Trust me, this is a HUGE scam!!!!! If you want to, forward the email to your Computer Crimes Division of your local FBI Field office. I did, to the one in Milwaukee. DO NOT REPLY WITH ANY INFORMATION AT ALL!!! No sensitive info should be given out, please!! These people work very hard to elaborate legitimate-looking emails and notifications in an attempt to get some naive person to respond with account numbers, employer's info, telephone numbers, addresses, and so on. All they need is small bits of info to get your more sensitive information. I got a very official-looking email once from Pay-Pal. I called Pay-Pal, and found out, IT WAS A SCAM!!!!!! To get my account information. BE VERY VERY WARY when you see these emails. DO NOT RESPOND or REPLY with information at all!! Simply delete them if you want, or call your local FBI Field office. I hope that this helps you. Be careful, and good luck!
the mailer daemon isnt a scam but everything else is. if your mail is returned with that error...thats real...ether wrong email or not typed in riight...just dont give out any private info to anyone including your friends.
SCAM OF THE CENTURY! Well outside of the nigerian prince scam! If you have to ask any one about this stuff maybe you shouldn't be on the internet!

DONT EVER RESPOND TO EMAILS THAT REQUEST MONEY WHEN YOU HAVE NEVER HEARD OF THEM .
One of the oldest scams in the book. Probably coming from Nigeria. You will be asked to forward a bunch of money for certificates, forms, and all kinds of made up required documents. As long as you keep sending the money they will keep sending you more required documents that cost. This will go on until you are broke.

You will also get a lot of e-mails from other persons or so called government officials. They are all the same person.

Check out this site as it has all the answers plus shows how fun and funny it is to turn the tables on the scammers. Make sure you check out the photos section on the site.
