Dealer crashed my car...now what?

I took my 1 week old 03 Lexus LX470 w/ 21K Miles(it took me forever to find one in PERFECT condition with low miles) to the dealer for service- they crashed it, what should I do? I had to take time off work to pick the vehicle up, travel 600 miles each way, etc. The tech rear ended a stopped pickup - so it is on my CARFAX now. What should I ask them for? They say it will be fixed but...what about diminished value?

Answers:
ask a lawyer

have them repair the car and get on with your life.

Diminshed value? It's a 2003. The value is already gone.
Valley is right

it IS almost 5 year old car
They do owe you for the diminished value. A friend had a new car in an accident and had a similar situation. He did a lexis nexis search and found the cases that prove it is a valid claim. He took it to a local carmax and explained the situation. They did an appraisal and documented what the appraisal would have been without the accident. The other guy's insurance company paid right away for the difference in value as well as the repair costs.
Make them pay, big time! Call an attorney.
