No likely, bank has to said, has the best lawyer in the world, they will just tell you too bad you didn't spend time read the fine print of the terms and conditions.

There is a test case going through the courts right now. So while the banks will accept claims against bank charges they will not proceed with the claim until the case is over. So don't expect a quick settlement if you file a claim.
