Is there any way at all that an expulsion can be reversed?

Ok I know you don't need a whole story so here s a quick summary:
Friend known as "Goster" Gave his ex a knife
His Ex is caught with the knife
His ex tells where she got it from
Goster is expelled from our school but still allowed to go to others in our district

Please. Is there anyway at all we can get him back?

Answers:
you can go to the school board administation and have a hearing to try to have it reviewed for possible dismissal, you can also say that even thought the dude was wrong for owning a knife he never knew it was to be use or store for any type of harmful use and have the ex girlfriend at least have the same punishment...if he brought it to school to begin with the is no chance he did the crime and now he has to do his time and should feel luck to even be able to attend in the same district..nobody should ever have knives at school even if it wasnt for a bad reason what if the wrong person got it and did no good with it and to that is maybe hell think twice next time.

Maybe convince the person or persons who expelled him to reverse their decision.
