Who should I bring a lawsuit against if the government unfairly taxes my medication(nicotine)?
I was allowed to purchase and get addicted before smoking was so unhealthy and now they want to be intollerant.

You cannot sue over a tax. You can request relief from a fee or levee on the tobacco. I would suggest going the ADA route and get a tax write off for the tobacco. I am not a tax lawyer or accountant so I am probably full of S***.
You cannot sue the government over this. By the way, smoking has always been unhealthy, just not told about soon enough. So, do you think cigarettes should be illegal, so people will not be allowed to purchase them?
Normally when any product is as deadly as they claim nicotine is, it's banned. It's all about money my friend, revenue! As George Bush said, "money trumps everything."
I'm a smoker and have been since it was cool to do. But since the USA is turning into a socialist country and socialist medicine is demanded by our progressive/socialist leaders, all that so-called free health care has to be paid for by someone. So besides the plan of doubling our income tax, among other taxes that will be raised is tobacco tax to pay for all that free stuff. NOTHING is free. Good luck on suing, frankly I wish they'd ban tobacco.
First of all, smoking was always unhealthy -- it wasn't healthy, for a while, then the out-cast child of society -- it's a matter of knowledge . . . we didn't KNOW it was so unhealthy -- that doesn't mean it wasn't (if we don't know what color the sky is, does that mean that the sky doesn't exist)?
To sue the government you would have to bring a claim in a federal court. . . good luck (you'll probably die of lung cancer before your case is heard).
I do hope you're just being sarcastic. Smoking has always been unhealthy and there've been warnings on packs since the SIXTIES! If you honestly believed it was good for you, then you have far bigger problems than lawsuits.
