Can I leave a property in a trust to someone in my will?

I am a member of a trust with another person. We have a large parcel of land in the trust which we in theory own together. If I die can I leave my portion of the property to someone in my will even though they are not part of the trust.

Yes, you can. The property (or anything else you own) can be distributed as you direct in a will.
It would depend on how the Trust is worded. If it gives rights of suvivorship to the other person of your share of the trust then no probably not.
This should have been addressed when the trust was set up. That your half to the trust be transfered to a beneficiary of your choice, and the beneficiary named.
