Not a good dad.he files his taxes gets a tax break money back and so forth yet doesn't spend time with you? Or is it that he is on the birth certificate and says he is your dad but lacks in parenting his child.
Any man who claims his children claims to be a father yet has no contact with his child is not what I call a parent. It takesa lot more to being a father than speaking the words...it takes a lot of time and energy to be a parent so my answer is no not a good father.
