How to find out if a company has been involved in law cases?

hi, i am doing a research on a company call Alphacom based in New Zealand. Where can i find out if that company has been involved in any legal disputes in the past 2-3 years?

Answers:
Check the courts if there were cases that were filed against Alphacom.

Check out the Better Business Bureau. They are online & should have an easy answer or place to look. It's their business to know. You could also see if they are in wikipedia. Hope this helps.
