What do you do when a woman photographed me at work and distributed my photographed for free?

I am thinking my privacy has been broken by my past employer because during that time i got a job in the olympics and she photographed me wearing olympic uniform. I got this job threw a dumb recruitment agency called Reemploy who only got me $10 a day jobs.I mean from 9am to 5pm i got paid $10 only and they wouldnt find me a better job that pays real money since paid jobs per hour are hard to find so i took two jobs that paid $10 a day.The employer didnt give me the photograph back at all. What do you do if if you been photographed at work and your privacy been broken. This wasnt an ID photo but a snapshot.

You have no case. You said that she took your picture and distributed it for free, so there's no harm here. If she took your picture wearing an Olympic uniform and you were hired through a recruitment agency, she can claim that your consent was implied as a condition of your employment. Now, if she were selling your picture to others you may have a legitimate gripe, but as you've laid it out here you don't have a leg to stand on.

if you are in a public place then your picture is as good as everyones. and since its their picture they can do anything they want with it as long as its not slanderous, or damaging to your self-image.
Good grief - you can make more than ten dollars a day bagging groceries or babysitting. Leave that place.
As for the photograph, I believe that by volunteering to pose for the picture you waived your rights to privacy.
Do nothing. No law war broken. You have no right to privacy.
you are not protected from being photographed in any place that is considered a public place, a business is a public place as the general public has free access to that place. The photographer has the right to use that photograph in anyway they see fit.
