Unauthorized use of picture?

My ex is using my photo on his Myspace; although I've repeatedly asked him to take it off. What can be done about this?

Answers:
It depends on the pic. If you were out in public, you have no expectation of privacy, and thus he can post it. And as long as he isn't making money off of this pic, you don't have much of an argument.

although this is costly you might be able to speak to a judge to remove the photo it is called a 'cease and deist order'.
Unless he obtained the photo illegally (for example, by hacking into your computer) or it contains illegal material (like child porn), there's nothing you can do about it. It's considered fair use, and a judge will not grant a cease and desist order unless he is profiting from it financially. You need to get over it and move on.
you are probably the one to give him the picture to begin with. by virtue of that act you gave him permission to do with as he pleases. be very careful what you give people it may come back to bite you in the butt.
NOTHIING,unless he stole the picture from you.

If its his, its his, to do with what he pleases.

Sorry

Do you mean your ex-husband? How old are you?
