Las Vegas recently made it illegal for people to give food to the poor in city parks, is that law necessary?

Answers:
was it because of crime or are they just being ***!@#$'s?
i dont think it should've passed

That is not what the law says. It forbids operating unlicensed food kitchens in certain areas but does not stop you from sharing your lunch if you wish. If you are going to have opinions about a law, consider actually reading that law before you form an opinion.
You are right. Yes they are heartless. Harry Reid country.
yes because the homeless are runining this town.
Well being that there are sooo many crimes against the homeless and poor I guess it is. But I used to go get them food versus giving them money for beer and drugs. They are real bad in Mobile, AL about asking for money and stuff outside of grocery stores, it gets old too but I can see where it would be detrimental to the city to have to pay the hospital bills for those without insurance because people want to be so mean for no reason! Maybe it will give some of these people the incentive to go work harder, get 2 jobs, get more education, get a better job, to rethink how they spend the $ they do have too!
yes.
