How come sites like Lime wire are legal and the old Napster sites were illegal?

Answers:
Technically Limewire is no more legal than Napster. It might be fair to think of both a apolitical or "a legal" zones.
Maybe a crime gets committed , and maybe it doesn't.

The virtual worlds being created are similar, if someone assaults your Avatar in the virtual world Second Life for instance, there is no law against that in real life.

In other virtual environments it is not only condoned and expected but considered normal , such as in World of Warcraft, so what is just "Aggro" in one sense is a crime in another.
