Is It Legal for a Man to claim his Disabled Girlfriend ?

On His Taxes, he says hes Head of Household and supporting her and he should be able to. I told him I am positive that they have to be married for him to claim her..He doesn't want to do anything wrong and asked me to ask on YA, if its ok to claim his Live In Girlfriend as a Dependent.

no it is not. unless she has been living with him for over seven years, then she is considered his common law wife.
