My cousin was arrested on 10/14/2004 and plead guilty to a Felony on 5/31/05. When did his probation begin?

If he was sentenced the same day, his probation began on 5/31/05 and ends 5/31/08. As of 6/1/08 - he would no longer be on probation

Probation would begin the day after his prison sentence was completed. If he didn't get a prison sentence, then it should begin the day after the final court day.
