i have been off probation now for 7 years and i was dismised 6 months early i finished a 9 month program and a 28 day program in the time i was on i feel i have paid my debt to society and was denied my motion any suggestions

The only way I know of to get that passed is to plea bargain when the case first goes to court. Other than that I'm not sure.
