Underage drinking?

I got charged with underage drinking. It said that the only record it would be on was the vehicular. Does that eventually go away? or does it stay on your record for the rest of your life?

The vehicular record will stay on the record for as long as you are driving. You are totally screwed, which is a very good thing. It should happen to anyone who drinks and drives.

your lucky you still even have a liesence.
if i was your judge you wouldn't get your lisence back until you were 25, and of course after you completeld lots of community service & therapy, if not jail time.

i hope it does stay with you the rest of your life, maybe then you'll learn the lesson, that your parents didn't teach you.
