I got a DUI i have no prior arrests but I have one in DE 4 yrs ago what will happen?

If you were over the legal limit, or if you refused the breath test, you should be looking at a 6 month suspension, fines, community service, impact panels, lawyers fees.

what is DE,if it is in another country you are fine. In another state you may be screwed.
For your first with no priors or accidents your license will be suspended for 60 or 90 dys and you might have to pay a fine I wouldn't make this a habbit take it from someone who has 3 DUI and I just recived my license back in 07 they have been revoked since 2000 think smart and don't drink and drive.
