Can i be extradited for a misdemeanor if I'm 100 miles away from were the warrant was issued?

Answers:
Extradition has nothing to do with miles. It has to do with being out of state. If you are 100 miles away but in the state where the warrant was issued, they do not have to extradite you. If you are out of state, and it's a misdemeanor, they PROBABLY wouldnt bother to extradite you because it is expensive to do so. It depends on the crime and your record.
