What are the legal requirements to become an escrow in the UK?

What are the legal requirements to become an escrow in the UK? I know what an escrow is. For our online trading brokers we would like to hold payment until goods have arrived and then forward on the funds. We do not want to use an existing escrow. Thanks

Good luck. The government has made it very tough to become an escrow due to the overuse of fraudulent accounts online. Most people will not use an unestablished escrow company that has just come to business.
