If you are a minor and mail is sent to your residence is it legal for your parents to open you mail ?
Also is it legal for them to know your financial info? Such as looking at your pay stubs?
Answers:
Yes, It is legal.
"A minor’s guardian may control delivery of mail addressed to the minor. If there is no guardian and the minor is unmarried, either parent may receive delivery of the minor’s mail."

If you don't want them to see your pay stubs - don't leave them laying around. If you have a checking account that does not have them as a custodian or signatory - I suggest direct deposit.
I believe so.
yes it is because you are living under their house and their rules and they pay for the majority of everything...It is not illegal to do that however it does invade your privacy...and there is a sense of mistrust in the relationship between you and your parents which is something you guys have to sit down and talk about
