Move Out.?
my friend wants to move out at age 16 without parnet consent...there are no major issues at home..only that her and her father are getting in shoutfights and r makin her deppressed around him. we live in central alberta... and was wonder if u dont have parent consent how old can u be before moving out...
p.s. she is planing on living with her same aged friend with her friends dad only 1 hour and 45 mins away

Far as I know, since she is under 18 her parents can class her as a runaway and the cops can take her home.
If there is no abuse in the house there should be no reason for her to leave.
What does her father shout at her far? Is it because she is drinking beer and sleeping with her boyfriend in the living room or because she accidently spilled his beer?
At 16 she is too young to move away from home, without knowing the details I would guess that she is just pissed that her dad has rules that she thinks are unfair. She needs to grow up and realise her dad is just trying to protect her.
On the other hand if her dad is shouting at her for no real reason then she needs to talk with him and work it out.
