One of my room mates is selling pot, whats the best way to get the police involved?

We live in Florida. The house is owned by my best friends Grandmother whom lives in Ohio. Her grandson, his girlfriend, and I are living on one side of the house. There is a shared kitchen in the middle of the house that we keep locked. The guy selling the drugs is also one of the home owner's grandsons. We have talked to the Owner on the phone and she refuses to believe that he would even smoke pot because she thinks hes a good kid etc. His mother (owner's daughter) is the acting land lord since she lives in town, she basically installed her kid in our house without asking us because he was selling pot out of her house, so she dumped her problem off on us, she refuses to get involved. He is smoking in the house, and we can smell it coming thru the ac vents. But the major problem is the amount of drug addicts coming in and out of our house. It is surely obvious to neighbors that this is a drug house. And we had a car burglarized already, presumably by one of his customers(was reported)

Better contact the locals before you find yourself in jail with him.

Call them.
You should go get an attorney NOW. Do this BEFORE speaking to the cops so that you can ensure your rights are protected.
Call the narcotics detail of the nearest police department. You can remain anonymous.
Move, if they get caught you will get arrested, too.
Move out...
A phone call should do, and in most places you can remain anonymous, if even to those outside the police force, to avoid conflict.
go to the police station, that's pretty much all you can do but make sure you tell the complete and full story, no lies
You are not in a fun position. You need to get out of it quick. You don't want to be tangled up in this mess. I think you should find a new place to live immediately. The inconvenience now might save you a lot of trouble later.
If you don't turn him in, and he gets busted, you guy's could go along! The shared kitchen has drug activity, and/or has pot/traces of pot, and is within 15 feet of you guy's...Of course you had better move out pronto, which may be the better suggestion of all,(unless the gray bar hotel, and a drug history following you all your life is what you want)
Call the cops, tell them what you think is going on.
Even better yet go down the the precinct talk to an officer about what your rights are as well as what safeguards are in place in case an there is an issue with the landlord seeing as though you are dealing with family here.
Your best course of action would be to move to other lodgings.

If I were in your situation, I would locate other lodgings and prepare for moving, then I would contact the current landlord (owner's daughter) and explain that if she did not address the issue, I would be moving immediately.

After moving (and therefore not involved in the situation), I would contact the authorities and report the illegal activities.
Move
Call the cops if your sweating this so much..... geeeeeezzzzzzzzzz
Contact the drug enforcement division of your local police department and tell them your concerns. They can put surveillance on the home or set up an under cover buy and take it from there. You can ask them to leave your name out of it and the suspect will think it was is own doing.
call them--duh
the house is in their family
if you owned it that would be one thing

the situation is simple you gotta move and fast

do not call the cops! don't be a squealer that is gross!

it is a bad situation but don't go to the law

besides the fact that it is not cool to squeal - hell it is pot not murder! also - you do not want people being pissed at you for life and getting revenge - don't mess with the criminal element

and you don't own the house - stop being a crybaby and move

it is inconvenient and not fare to you but it is for the best - trust me don't mess with people who are in a situation where they are breaking the law and could go to jail - you are messing with people's basic survival and a beast like that could spiral out of control.

Are they being jerks? yes it sounds like it but they own the house! Crybaby demanding tenants who have not got enough money to buy a house putting demands on home owners tick me off worse then pot smokers and sellers any day!

move

move
move
move

Good luck!
Go down to the police station with everyone who is tired of his actions and file a report. Tell them your story. Get the Grandma's permission to let the police search the house( so they do not have to break the door down). The rest depends on whether or not you want the guy arrested.

OR

Get everyone not involved out of the house. Unlock the doors,
call 911
