If sexual harrassment is possible at work and at school-?
is it possible out in the streets too? what would you do in a situation like that?

It's possible everywhere, it's just easier to enforce in a workplace or at a school.
Sexual harassment happens all the time in one form or another, but the most destructive socially is when it's a boss who discriminates or creates a hostile working environment by sexually harassing employees or students disrupting the learning process as a result of harassing others. School and work are also places where you can't always just walk away like you might be able to on a street.
Think about it -- the same thing can happen, it's just harder to chase down a dirty-minded construction worker yelling out epithets and get his contact info so you can sue him. That's when you either walk away, or you find a police officer and have the jerk arrested for lewd behavior (depending on the severity) or assault (for unwanted touching), etc.
Say "Hey, your behind is not bad either, wait! I heard your mama calling you." smile, then walk away with confidence.

if some guy grabs your rear then slap his face, hard.
Then it's just harrassment, or assault, depending on the circumstances. If someone is consistently bothering you, and won't leave you alone, go down to your local police department and file a complaint.

Sexual harassment is possible anywhere. The issue is where it's illegal. School and work are two places where it is illegal. It's legal on the streets.
