It would depend on where you live. If you are in the southern states, I would contact J. Kenneth Wright, in Kingsport Tennessee. He had a lot to do with writing most of the labor laws that are still on the books. He is an elderly gentleman, but he is sharp as a tack when it comes to the law. Hope this might be of some use to you.
