Did the world forget about the salary income education of the generation born 1966-1976?

I'm having a rough time finding a job getting an education and paying bills keeping a roof over my head please suggest to me the way to either budget get help or get out of the current situation which I am no longer personally obligated my marriage is one big question mark and also my SSI was stolen by my payee and this or the remains of it is what I support my husband and myself on Is there any form of Social Services or help
