Can my ex stop me from letting my daughter ride on my motorcycle in WI?
Have proper endorsements, wouldn't let her ride until she was like 7 or so, she'd have a helmet and all gear. curiosity.

You would put a 7 year old on a motorcycle. You are unfit to be a parent. She should seek full custody w/o visitation rights.

Being as one of my best friends ended up with severe brain damage and was wearing a helmet, I would be afraid for her to ride. His helmet did not come off, and he was not traveling at a rate of speed greater than 30 miles an hour. Besides, most motorists do not know the rule of pulling out in front of an oncoming motorcycle. Besides that, a helmet isn't going to prevent a spinal cord injury or broken bones on other parts of her body. You do what you want, you are the adult, she is just an innocent child. Could you live with yourself if she was killed or maimed from an accident?

As long as you have proper safety equipment, and your motorcycle is built to handle two people (i.e. probably not a sport model) then she can't likely prevent you from doing so without going to court.
However, if there is something in your custody agreement as to not riding a motorcycle, or if she did file in court, she could probably take that right away.
