In Va.can a father be made to pay for (child support)and put into a trust fund.He isnt paying anything now.?

Answers:
In any state in the United States, a father can be required to pay child support if the children are not in his custody.

You need to contact your local Child Support Enforcement agency (http://www.dss.virginia.gov/family/dcse. and get them to assist you in collecting support.

As to the Trust Fund, you can choose to establish one, but likely they will not be able to force the father to do so.
