So theres clepto in neighberhood..?
Now we know who he is but we don't have proof. Now the kid is fourteen years old. So should me and my neighbor set up a trap & woop his azz? Or does anybody else have any suggestions.

Set a trap, but DON'T whoop his ***. When he falls into the trap, call the cops and have them scare the piss out of him. Hopefully then he won't do it again.
Not much worse then a thief.You can try getting proof and contacting the police, but honestly, being a kid, they won't do jack to him, slap on the wrist. I'd probably pay some neighborhood kid to beat him lol..Are his parents the type to not really give a dam? If they do care, try talking to them. If they don't, call children services.
