i think judge judy is a total bi*** i mean seriously! im 13 and i wanna go 2 law school and i think shes a bad example
she never lets anyone talk or get out there sentences! how can u solve a case without hearing the full story! i watched her 2day and she was pissin me off!!
she's like shhhh!! im like dont shush ppl when there trin 2 answer YOUR questions! shes evil i tell u! EVIL!

Hey, it's entertainment. Like every other broadcast TV show everything has to be done for maximum ratings. She isn't supposed to be just like a real-life judge and nobody should expect Judy to be an example of what goes on in a public courtroom. I can't stand her uber-yenta mannerisms either (neither can Joe Wapner, the original People's Court judge. He blasted her good on the news not too long ago.) and you can bet she didn't act that way back when she was serving as a real judge, but I do think she's actually pretty knowledgable and is rather good at intuitively reading people (that's why she doesn't let them complete their sentences. She already knows what they're thinking before they finish). Nobody can get away with any crap in her courtroom, that's for certain. Besides, when she first started out she was *really* rough on the litigants but it seems she's toned it down a bit since then and saves her real venom for the worst offenders. I prefer Judge Marilyn Milian, though, she has personality but without being disrespectful.

I know she can be rough on people, but she has a job to do and wants to cut away the nonsense fast. I'm sure when you become a lawyer, you'll understand Judge Judy a lot more.

Do not watch this junk. It does not worth time watching this kind of bull. Judge Judy makes over $30 million per year.
Don't look to her as an example of a judge. She's a TV personality. I seriously doubt she acted like she does now when she was actually on the bench. A judge in NY is being investigated for possible disciplinary charges for being rude to people in front of her. Judges can be tough and sometimes obnoxious, but I've never encountered one who acts like she does.
I love Judge Judy! Look at some as the idiots she has to deal with on a daily basis no wonder why she is the way she is.
She is a great judge. + she is a Pro life and anti abortion person
