Emancipation?

In Canada, how do you become an emancipated minor? All I know that you need proof that your parents cannot raise you properly. What else?

Answers:
First off, I would go see a family attorney & NOT get "advice" from here. However, I would assume you need to provide proof of not only your parents not being able to raise you but also that you can financially support yourself wholely and completely without ANY financial help from ANYWHERE else. You would also probably have to prove that you have no other avenues of support (like family).

You need to prove that you can support yourself and that you would be better off separated from your parents. It won't happen if you don't like that they are strict or won't buy you the clothes that you want.
You would have to be able to prove to the court that YOU and YOU alone can support YOURSELF fully and legally.
