And, what Government are you reffering too? If I lived in Canada, is that the Government your speaking about? What if I lived in England?
there is a group in Ohio that believes that they do not have to pay taxes on most things, because they believe that when Ohio was offered to become a state they never officially accepted until much later. so they say that they legally do not have to pay much of the income tax laws. because they were written before the US "officially " accepted Ohio into the union.
