Tennessee remarriage waiting period after divorce 0 days?

http://www.totaldivorce.com/remarriage_w...

Someone in a recent post said that my boyfriend's ex would have to wait 3 months. I thought that may have benefited him if she married earlier than that, but according to this and another site, there is no time period. I did read one site that said it is best to wait 30 days (since there is 30 days to appeal a divorce in Tennessee). Does anyone really know?

Answers:
In many places the moment those papers are signed you are able to remarry. It may very well be the case. I cant really see a probationary period being attached to the dissolution of marriage.
