Depends...2-5 weeks (depending on weight, height, frequency of use and amount used) for a urine test...much longer for a hair follicle test.

Actually I researched it and it depends more on your metabolism and how often you smoke it. Heavy smokers (every day) will take much longer to clear out than people who only smoke once in a great while. I am guessing since you train you probably have or force a higher metabolism than average, and if you don't smoke very often and drink lots of water i'd say under a week. I knew someone once that tested clear in 4 days but don't count on that.

ive been told a few time it take 31 days for a trace to leave your system
