i have just read a news artical about a serial peadophile who has not been sentanced because he pleaded guilty!!!
one of his victims was a 18 month old baby how can that judge sleep at night if its was his baby he would want him given a death sentance
people say death sentance too good for these people and it may be but at least they would never hurt an innocent child again i truly cant imagine how parents of these kids feel i feel sick at the thought of someone getting away with such inhumane acts on innocent children
TO THE JUDGE WHO LET THAT BEAST GO FREE I HOPE TO GOD YOU NEVER FEEL THE HEARTACHE THAT THE PARENTS AND VICTIMS OF THAT BEAST FEEL.

I scream at the news whenever i hear about things like this. Your right, the judges that let them off are as bad as the perverts. One judge let a man off because the 11 year old girl he raped was wearing a thong and bra therefore in his eyes this provocative behaviour is 'asking for it', it was the same judge who let off another pervert for sexually assaulting a 6 year old and actually suggested that the 'defendant' buy the girl a new bike to say sorry. I think that these judges should be suspended, investigated and made to go back to studying the law.
It makes me even angrier that perverts cant be MADE to have the chemical castration because this is an infliction on THEIR human rights. Yet another set of rules written down to protect the criminals.
The death sentence is too good for these people, they should be left in a room with 20 mothers armed with a variety of bats and sharp implements, then we'll see whats left of them to re-offend.
Judges have to abide by laws, too. They're not over laws. I'm sure there is a lot more to the story but I do agree pedophiles should be locked up for a VERY long time.
Edit; don't get me wrong I completely agree, but as stated before a jury can only decide on evidence. There may not have been enough in the said case. There is probably a lot more ground that isn't being covered.
I agree, he was working in the community or a Jehovah's witness - so not only did he betray parents trust, he abused the trust of all those Young boys - and an 18 month old baby! I don't care if he is "seeking" help, he doesn't deserve to live

I don't know if its your grammar or not but I'm confused by this.
-no one should get the death penalty-
It grieves me the injustice of the above case and the leniency of the sentence. Even the mans sister said he should have being locked up. As to the death penalty he as given a life sentence to all h is victims, the least he deserves his to forfeit his own.
