Can someone come back and claim things they left at your house for over 9 months?

I had dated a guy that left some of his furniture and has been gone for over 9 months now. I live in Arkansas and was wondering if he could come and get it anytime he wanted to. I gave him the opportunity to take what ever he wanted when he left. He came back a month later and got what he wanted, now he is wanted the rest. Do I have to give it to him

Answers:
Probably not. I assume he lived with you, so that would mean you had an understood lease agreement. According to Arkansas law, "Upon the voluntary or involuntary termination of any lease agreement, all property left in and about the
premises by the lessee shall be considered abandoned and may be disposed of by the lessor as the lessor
shall see fit without recourse by the lessee."

YOU DONT HAVE TO, ITS YOUR HOULSE BUT ONLY IF YOU WANT
no, he abandoned the property.
