If I file for Chapter 7 bankruptcy, how long do I have to wait before starting another business?

My business was not registered, and based in PA and NJ. Thanks to all who offer answers.

The idea of bankrupcy is to allow you a fresh start. Of course the trick is obtaining sufficient credit.


You can start another business the next day but don't go looking for credit.
