Can you help me with this problem?
Well, with this problem, actually it's not even my problem. It's my friend's problem. Not mine. Anyways, my friend is this vigilante superhero called IronHand. He can't seem to beat my archnemises, The Black Eye. I can't beat him because he's using some sort of invisible shield and makes him invulnerable. And he gets away from the scene of the crime before I can stop him. People are losing faith in my friend even though it's not my fault. Please help him!

Invisibility is an act which occurs in the physical world. Think beyond the physical, yes, and go to the metaphysical world. Not only can't he get you, but you can scare him to death. Fear is much worse than violence - violence is a weak and quick solution, fear is painful and long and very fun.
However, you put this in the Law/Ethics section, so I would advise you to seek legal advice, and maybe some mental too.
