Cingular Potential Lawsuit?
I got a phone rma'd exchange here five months ago. I threw away the box and called the company. they said that they will send me a new box. nevecr recieved it. called them again , a total of five times and I never recieved a box. verified address on file and evreything. Never recieved the box.
At this point i got charged 500 bucks and they shut off my service. So i called them, they gave me an extentino and said that they will send me the box. Never recieved the box.
So, they want me to pay the balance in full this time and i dont think that's correct. Is there any consumer lwas or anything that protects me agenst this? Is this a potential lawsuit? i even offerd to pay the stupid 20 bucks and go SHIP it myself but i need a label that only that company has.

Contact the better business bureau
